Before your first class, we’ll arrange a free introductory chat to talk about your background, current level, and objectives - whether you want to regain confidence after an injury, or simply perfect your technique.
Each session is tailored to you, with detailed corrections and feedback throughout.
Follow-up sessions or combined packages are also available for continued support.
